Callville Bay is a popular year round boating destination that also appeals to winter snowbird campers. This Lake Mead National Recreation Area attraction sports a full scale marina, boat launch, picnic areas and a posh developed campground complete with tall desert palm trees. The views are as picturesque as can be in this cozy pocket where the mountains meet the water. With all this enticement it is easy to see why this spot is so popular and being so close to Las Vegas adds even more to the charm.
