The High Roller is the worlds tallest observation wheel. This new attraction is located at the Linq Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip. Asking for directs to this destination is unnecessary, because the gigantic Ferris Wheel can be seen from anywhere in the valley! The High Roller observation wheel has a futuristic high tech design that is captivating to see at night. Upon closer observation, this gigantic thrill ride almost seems as though it came straight out of a science fiction movie. The modern Las Vegas Monorail passes under the wheel and this adds to the futuristic utopian effect. This new Las Vegas attraction was designed to be impressive and it certainly is! The High Roller actually is so tall, that I had to walk over 200 yards away just to capture the entire image in one photo! The High Roller has a ticket office and gift shop located at the base of the wheel. The price of this circus ride is moderate and discount tickets can be found around town. The "Star Wars" style cabins hold 30 guests and there is plenty of glasswork so everybody has a great view of the city from way up top. Refreshments are offered at the big wheel and the entire ride does take quite some time to complete. It is important to mention that there are no restroom facilities in the big wheel cabins, so chugging down a six pack to gain some nerve is not advisable. The High Roller definitely is a must to do when doing a party safari on the Las Vegas Strip! Modern technical sophistication and comfort is the theme of this new tourist attraction. The High Roller Observation Wheel experience is truly like taking a slow ride in a space age dream!

Destination West YouTube channel! https://www.youtube.com/@DestinationWestOrg *This website will be going through renovations soon. Separate destination articles will be combined after the videos replace the outdated photo gallery system. As many readers know, most of the writing was done on the fly while camping, so many articles read like a rough draft. The articles will be cleaned up and edited. Many of the old photos were straight out of the camera due camping limitations and the quality will be bumped up. Another goal is to make navigating the index pages easier and combining separate articles will help. This website will continue into the future and your patience is greatly appreciated!
